DEGRADEAD Completes Work On 'Out Of Body Experience'

Stockholm, Sweden-based melodic death metallers DEGRADEAD will release their sophomore album, "Out Of Body Experience", in February via Dockyard 1 Records. The follow-up to 2008's "Till Death Do Us Apart" was recorded primarily at Peter Tägtgren's (HYPOCRISY, PAIN) Abyss studio in Sweden with producer Jonas Kjellgren (SCAR SYMMETRY). Mixing and mastering will take place at Dugout Productions (IN FLAMES, MESHUGGAH, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD) in Uppsala, Sweden. Two songs from the CD — "Depth Of Darkness" and "Wake The Storm" — are available for streaming on the band's MySpace page.

Released in January 2008, "Till Death Do Us Apart" was recorded at IN FLAMES' IF Studios in Gothenburg, Sweden and was produced by a team calling itself H.O.R.D.E — with IN FLAMES' Björn Gelotte mixing and engineering the CD while Jesper Strömblad and Daniel Svensson co-engineered the effort.
